And I love the way you closed your Loop poem, from around the bend being so far away to taking that step around the bend to new beginnings. Beautifully used alliteration and a lovely read. Congratulations on the contest win.
Cheers

Your poem is so beautiful. For me I found your message to bea bout finding hope when we have had a loss. I was touched by your poem. And some of your lines really stood out including "empty arms" and "the morning sun to pour". Wonderfully written.

Hi Jessica,
This is a well written loop poem that tells of the whole grief over a break-up or death of a loved one puts in your soul and the work it takes to get through it.
Did you mean to put 'more' on its own line in the third stanza?
Congrats on winning the contest.
Keep writing and stay heathy
Have a terrific day.

Congratulations! A beautiful poem in its own right. The loops seem to be effortlessly accomplished and flow naturally throughout. A very difficult task to achieve.

Wow. It takes real talent to weave these loop poems just right ~ so they do not feel stilted or forced. You're coming off the Poem of the Month Win (congratulations again!)--with what, in my opinion, may well be another contender. I especially like that you closed the loop fully, with the last word being the first.
Great job, Jessica!

This is beautifully done, Jessica. It is so difficult to find "light in loss", but so necessary. I particularly like hope persists in every stanza, in spite of the pain that you describe so well. Thank you!

Wow! Great Loop Poem! I really enjoyed reading this. I have just discovered this type of poetry and I really like it. I have not written any, but I might give it a try. This one is really good. How can one go wrong writing about love, something most of us do not have enough of in life today. Keep up the good work.
