The man at the end of the table, not speaking or making eye contact. Ominous! This is another great addition, Jacob, that leaves me wondering if Danielle will have the opportunity to talk to this mysterious character.
God bless,
Steve

Dinner time at the large house seems more like a dinner at a real restaurant with a fine bottle of wine, as Danielle and Callum get more friendly overtures from everyone except the man who Danielle saw briefly before. There is still a hint of warning in the air from his behavior. Well-written in general.

This well-written and brings out the sense that something isn't quite right although you never exactly say that. Callum seems able to ignore the things she most notices, so I hope he will notice if she needs him.

Hi Jacob,
The man seems to have some clues about what's going on that's not so good about the place. The exercises they are doing to reach realization doesn't seem too good, either, especially as it gave Danielle a panic attack.

Creepy about the dress... and the tux and the wine.

Great job of using present tense,

Take care,
Rhonda

Will Danielle get a chance to speak with this man? I hope so. He might be the only one willing to tell her truth. I do wish Danielle figures things out before her, or Callum get hurt. I do like this story.

A more relaxing occasion as Danielle and Callum's return is toasted with some very welcome wine. I'm still finding Oliver distinctly creepy and clearly with another agenda. Perhaps he had an affair with Danielle's mother (could you remind me of his age?) Also this mystery man is of interest, especially as he doesn't fit in there and seems so uncomfortable. Intriguing! Well done, Jacob! Debbie

That is quite a celebration they are having. It is like the expect them to stay forever. These people seem unusual in so many ways. There is a lony of mystery in you story and it is fun to read.

Hmmm...another mystery man with secrets. I wonder what's up with him. And why aren't Adam and Oliver drinking? They've got something up their sleeve.
smiles, Carol
