Hi Pam, this was a great contribution and description of the festive convention. It's very well written and and there were so many I recognised. I really enjoyed reading this.
I certainly hope that it will do well in the competition.

This is quite a project: ""This is incredible. I have never seen so many people. I have no idea how I am going to recognize anyone, but there is only one thing to do, jump right in, but not the ocean, "she said to no one in particular." the stunning description will draw the reader in.

This has been so much fun reading everyone's versions of this crazy convention dreamed up by Rachelle and Gretchen. I've enjoyed the descriptions of all the attendees and the wonderful flights of fancy that have been taking place. It reminds me of the poetry conventions I attended in Washington, DC many years ago which were fun, but not quite as wild. This is a great tale of how you saw the convention. Well done!

Hey Pam.
Your story is well written and included many people. I had to laugh at your comment about Sandra cinching up her girdle. That cracked me up. You did a good job describing how the guests were dressed and what their overall appearance was. You even had Hugh Jackman as the MC. That was a great touch. It added pizzazz to the proceedings. Yours is well written and the descriptions are very detailed and it creates a strong image in the reader's mind. You covered the party well.
