Wow, great chapter, Jacob!!
Painful, but a good feature, Danielle throws away her chance to have someone on her side. She says it's snapped in two, but, then, I still think if Danielle reaches out to her, she'll still have a confederate in Sarah.

Great job, my friend,
Rhonda

Ah, the plot thickens. Grace seems to be getting her self in a little deeper. I am curious what you have for her next. Things seem to be getting a little more tense. I'm wanting more-don't keep me hanging to long.

When do you think you'll have this completed? Do you have a publisher for it? I would love to buy the book when it's done. Great story.

Cecilia

Thank you Cecillia, the book is completed, but I doubt it'll be a long time before I find a publisher. It's very hard to get a publisher or an agent to represent your work.

It's an awesome book. Amazon has a writers book that has contest, magazines and publishing agents. you should look into it. It's a great book I don't think you'd have too much trouble. I know it's tough getting published. Keep trying you will succeed.

Hmmm, 30 years seems like a really long time to still be worried about evidence of some kind turning up on Oliver's wife. I think I skipped a chapter or two. I will catch up tomorrow. But Danielle is definitely already living in Oliver's strong shadow, not to add on to the answer she gives Sarah.

I hope Danielle/Grace will not regret not divulging the information. It sounds like she's taking quite a risk to find out more information about Oliver. I hope she'll be safe!

She is probably right about Sarah being a lifeline. Sarah might even help her find out more about why her brother was accused of killing their parents and another man. Or why he confessed to the murders.

Yes, she has thrown away a lifeline because I don't think she's got enough clout on her own to make much headway. She's too intimidated by Oliver. I wondered, however, whether Sarah had breached confidentiality or data protection by telling Danielle what she did because Oliver could easily lodge a complaint against the police for adversely influencing her judgment? But an interesting development, Jacob, and well done for maintaining pace and mystery. Debbie

Yes, that is exactly what I think she did. She threw away a lifeline. Oliver might have gotten into Noah's head like he is trying to do with her. She better get Collum away from Eve before he ends up unwilling to leave. Great story,

She could stand at the window and yell, "push" ....she's just not too smart. She was so upset about Noah, but she won't do anything to show that it wasn't suicide. Forgive me! I want to get her in a choke hold and tell her to wise up... these characters never do what we want, do they? LOL

I'm hoping Sarah isn't willing to give up. She's right something isn't right, and Danielle and Callum are in danger. The more Oliver doesn't get exactly what he wants the more danger she's in. I like this story.
