Hello Karen,
It sounds like Aunt Margaret was quite the vigilante. I'm in the dark about a frac pit. I've never heard of such a thing. Is it anything like a fire pit? I imagine if a fire got hot enough it would pretty much destroy any evidence, but I don't know. I've never offed anybody. I'll look you up for some advice if I ever do. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving gal.
Blessings,
Tom

A frac pit is a reservior of deadly chemicals that come from oil fracking. The residue from leeching out the oil.Deadly. Handy for murderers though. Thanks for the read. Karen

Thanks for clarifying that. I imagine it would come in handy for nefarious purposes. I suppose no one ever checks them out, so perhaps there are lots of corpses in them that will never be found.

You never know. :-) Happy Turkey Day. We are having Ham. Love to you and yours. Karen

I must say that everything is making better sense now that I have read them all in reverse.
I do like the Aunt Margaret character. Of course, as a law dog, I like anyone who serves up a healthy dish of Just Desserts!
Douglas.

It's a real kick to cheer on your Aunt and be legit happy he of many names will soon be no "Moore."
The best attribute of an effective writer is a uniquely definable style.
This is pure "KCT" -- AND I'd know it immediately!
You could be the next Evanovich!
Please!
:)

I am good on short stories. And funny things from real life. I can write many ways, but It is hard too write a long tale. I enjoy writing about new stuff. We will see how I can make this fresh. How long can this last? I don't know. Thanks again for reading me.Karen

It sounds as if a lot of women will be avenged when she finally ends the career of Kenneth Moore. I assume the disposal of a body by dissolving is Kenneth's fate. In the second to the last paragraph, last sentence, you slipped out of first person.

I edited that bit of the third person talking. Thanks for mentioning it. I thank you for the read. I just dropped #4 and am working on #5 Karen

Okay, this gave us a little more information. I liked the secret language that the two have. I'm not sure what happened and if or when someone was "dissolved." I also wasn't sure who this "she" referred to in:
"She loved her aunt but she did not have a clue."
The narrator is the niece but I'm not sure why this is in third person.

Very interesting woman , this aunt of hers. Finding out someone you love is a serial killer would be slightly traumatic, I would imagine. Wondering if the nice will follow in her footsteps. Gretchen

I know all about dissolving the body in the bath and ending up dissolving the bath as well. Wasn't that in Breaking Bad or am I getting mixed up with something else? This is a lengthy read, Karen, and would have benefitted, I think, from being edited down with a little less diversion. But an enjoyable read. Take care Debbie

Breaking bad is where the tub went through the ceiling. Blacklist is where it was done properly. Series must be fluffed, otherwise there would only be 2 chapters. Thanks for the read. Karen

" And a frac pit" I will have to look this up, but it sounds very lethal, as always, your description of places and characters are marvelous, and I look forward to finding out how these crims meet their end, very well written****kahpot

Karen,
This is a great chapter in your book. Having a serial killer in the family. That had to be an interesting discovery after her aunt died. Looking forward to more.
Well done
