This two-line poem, An Italian Opera, has the proper formatting and finds the aria out in the snow as the marauding wolves survive the cold winter's night together.

Thank you for reading and reviewing my poem.

Excellent, yes, as wolves howl, they are relating to others and maybe telling a story of what is to come, a wonderful addition for the renga book, very well written and presented****kahpot

Thank you for sharing this poem with us. The artwork is amazing and wolves howling can be very haunting. I've heard them and seen them on a dark snowy night. Excellent poem.

You create an excellent scene, Lisa, in which I can virtually hear those operatic arias taking flight. Quite majestic and otherworldly and a pleasure to see and read. Well done! Debbie

Hello sweet Lisa. I must admit to you that I don't understand this poem. The artwork is good as is the structure of the Renga, but it doesn't make sense to me. Just thought I would share that.

I meant the wolf's howling sounded like opera singing.
My original draft:
wolfs howling in the cold wind
a Italian opera.
Is this version better?
Thanks a lot for the feedback.

What a very cool poem, literally, visually and completely on target! I love the picture you chose. Your last line is my favorite. I can almost see the band marching in on floating feet!
And thank you for those great instructions on the bottom, very informative and helpful.I love this kind of stuff!
Thank you for this really great submission. I enjoy very much! I hope you have an awesome day!

Thanks a lot for the great review. Please writing one, too if you like. It's nice to see you again.

The song notes do not only come from the Italian singer's vocal chords, but also from the wolves, who raise their heads to the sky and deliver their own sense of song. The picture is outstanding, and the words blend perfectly.

Thanks a lot for the great review. Wolfs are great opera singers, I think.

What an incredibly great piece of artwork, it's quite definitely a very good combination, wolves outside an opera house, unusual to say the least, beautifully written renga Lisa, well done, blessings Roy

Most welcome

The poem's strength lies in its vivid imagery and contrast, evoking a haunting atmosphere. The juxtaposition of wolves howling and an opera creates a striking, lyrical tension.
