We do need to keep tabs on one another in this age of isolationism. Even a brief text would let someone know you care. It just takes a few minutes on our part, but can make someone's day. Thanks for the reminder.

Thank you for sharing this with us. I think many of us have been lifting up prayers for Gypsy and her family for some time now. She is truly a special person. We all admire her special God given talent. My prayers continue for you.

Another fine write, Jesse, and the situation is beyond unimaginable. Thank you for informing me of her dire situation. I can't imagine the fear of losing everything. Let's hope she is spared

I am so sorry to hear that. She lives in the path of those dangerous fires, and I do pray that God will protect her and her family from all danger. You have informed us of this and we will continue to keep her in our prayers. Patricia.

I am unsure how much influence I have on God, but my prayers are with your friend and all the other people suffering in this disaster. Thank you for putting a face on the many people waiting and watching to see if their homes are destroyed. gayla

I really appreciate how you've shared your friend's courageous journey during such a difficult time. It's easy to forget how fragile our security can be. And your words are a reminder of how much it matters to support and care for one another. Sending prayers to her and all those affected!

Marival has been telling me about it, and I'm always asking if the fires are dying down yet. I have been so worried that she will lose her home, but she is resilient and ready. You are so nice writing about our FS friend. She has such a warm and caring heart. I just pray she and her family and all around her will be saved from this tragedy. Well done, Jesse. Warmest hugs Sandra xx

I'm glad she has friends on FS besides me who ask her how she is doing and if the wildfires have died down yet. She is resilient and a caring person. Thanks for your kind words.
Thank you for the warmest hug imaginable.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts for Gypsy. I know she will appreciate it, Jesse. A very good opening paragraph, followed by what a special member of FanStory she is. I am glad you stay in contact with her. It has to be helpful to know she can lean on someone in addition to her family.
It is probably easier for her to share about the fires with you than worry her family, although I'm sure they have discussions, too.
I am glad she has a place to go to if it becomes necessary. Hopefully, it won't come to that. I keep her in my thoughts as you do and hope these fires are over soon.

This wildfire has affected so many people in devastating ways. Not since Ulla's fire threat have I heard that one of our own was in peril as well. Hearts and prayers go out.
