I cannot believe that I somehow missed this powerful when it was posted. My brother you have the gift. Not just the gift of poetry, but I also believe that you have a gift of divine prophesy as well. Well done!

This is a superb poem, Roy in content and delivery.
The steady cadence one of marching in rhythm and repetition in belief and faith until their mettle was forged in steel.

A wonderful message in your well written poem. The repeating line of "I saw a people marching" is powerful and encouraging. If we as Christians would unite and march as one, there would be no end with what we could do in His name.

Their clothing was their praise. My favorite line. We did a spiritual gifts assessment at our church. It turns out after three years of leading worship, I'm a praise leader. Next some human will label me an Evangelical Preacher.

entire spectrum of humanity...As the Supreme Being, master of all, Creator
as far as the eye can see and beyond, based on faith. I love the repeat of

This poem about people marching has a marching type of rhythm. The central theme carries throughout to the end. Your clear descriptions allows the reader to easily envision each scene. I could see your people marching as part of the army of God, marching to victory.
