Hello Rachelle,
I'm so far behind right now, that I'm starting to pick and choose what I'll read so I can kind of catch up. Normally I prefer to read stories, but I wanted to see what you had written, and I wasn't disappointed. I'm sure your father, if he can see you, is so proud of you gal. What a fine tribute to a man who set such a great example for you. Well done gal!
Have a blessed evening.
Tom

I feel really special that mine is one of the "catch up" pieces you're amenable to reading. Thank you for that very much! It means the world. And I love what you wrote, as well. You are such a generous friend. xoxox

A parent who teaches, preaches and exhibits excellence is a treasure beyond compare. It is one thing to talk the talk, but can you, do you also walk the walk. Apparently your excellent dad was a man of his word, and because of that, you were dearly blessed.

lovely tribute to your father. It is interesting how children grow into being their parents and often don't appreciate their parents influences on them until it is too late.

Top notch. You do not have to use many words to say a lot. He is still there and so proud of you. You of him. Can I just say that there is nothing more complete than this sort of love. Take care.

I loved your poem, but your notes really moved me more. As a father myself, I know I would feel greatly honored were one of my two kids write something as touching as this about me.
In conclusion I'd like to suggest Bil Saxman would be every bit as proud as you are to say he's your father.

Thank you, Alan. He definitely set the bar high. I know you're right that he was the reason I was able to have such a good start and have high expectations of others and myself. I also appreciate your thinking he was handsome. I loved that facet of him, too - definitely a 'bonus.' xoxo

This is a delightful poem that you have written about your daddy. It is a shame that most of the world's children do not have that kind of daddy in this day and age. Those kind of daddy is this day and age are very rare. I hope one day that will change and more children will grow up and very decent honorable and loving homes. Patricia.

Regaining your will to go on would probably make him proud. He taught you good and he knows you will make it through life.
Congratulations on your wins and good luck in the contest and with your poem.
