Normally I prefer to read stories, but I wanted to see what you had written, and I wasn't disappointed. I'm sure your father, if he can see you, is so proud of you gal. I loved your poem, but your notes really moved me more. As a father myself, I know I would feel greatly honored were one of my two kids write something as touching as this about me.
In conclusion I'd like to suggest Bil Saxman would be every bit as proud as you are to say he's your father.

This is a delightful poem that you have written about your daddy. It is a shame that most of the world's children do not have that kind of daddy in this day and age. Those kind of daddy is this day and age are very rare. I hope one day that will change and more children will grow up and very decent honorable and loving homes. Patricia.
