Dear Rachelle, thank you! I'm sorry I've not replied earlier, I'm making the most of the lovely weather we are having and taking short walks or just sitting out and soaking up the sun.
Your lovely words warmed my heart, Rachelle, thank you for being such a caring lady. I will be back when everyone is happy with my progress. I daren't risk having another episode in hospital.

I hope she gets the rest and peace she needs to get well. She said she couldn't focus and her doctors are ordering more tests . This was a very nice piece of writing. I'm sure Sandra had no doubt what she means to us here. Gretchen

While doing something that we love can be good for the souls, we must never lose sight of the importance of self care. Doing what is best for our physical wellness is just as important, maybe even more so, than our mental wellness. After all, it is the physical that ensures that we will still be here to address and heal our mental problems.

I actually agree with you completely on this, Tom. I should have sent private message, instead. I honestly appreciate your candor.
I think this way, it can go into a book for her, though, and all be in one place, like the hugest greeting card of all time.
