The chosen picture gives two meanings to the poem and both are heartfelt and filled with love...Whether it is our Lord who wraps us in his arms and comforts us or the arms of a lover the words men the same...forever safe and comfort in His arms.

I love how your faith shined through in this. It is no greater feeling than to know God loves you, that He gave his son for us. He is patient and kind and accepts all of us. I can never feel bad about myself knowing He chose to live me. Beautifully written. Gretchen

I really enjoyed your poem! The way you describe looking into someone's hazel eyes and forgetting the world is so touching. The line "they were a window" is great - I feel like this adds almost a mysterious touch. Making me feel like there's so much more behind those eyes. Keep writing - your poetry really draws me in!
