That was amazing, Carol. I'm glad they got Gator, that sort of man thinks he's untouchable, it's a shame we can't get them all put away. I think we'd need to send them to another planet, there are so many evil people in the world. I won awards in 2009 and 2010 as runner-up...then my world fell apart, and writing got put on the back burner. I am glad that I came back now and for finding such a wonderful friendship. Thanks so much for continuing to read my stories. Smiles and hugs Carol

Elaborate this feeling, this is the crux of this character's guilt - She wiped away the tears, angrily she muttered to herself 'I should've tried harder. I'm so sorry.' Especially since she totally loses it in the car afterwards.
I thought you did a good job with the story overall, glad Gator got what was coming to him. Thanks for sharing. Later daze.

Back in 2009 when I first joined and before my life went to hell... I had many more followers and I was lucky to compete in contests that called for my style of writing. Now I don't have as many... just better ones like you... but that's okay. I am glad I came back and had the chance to write the story... I hope I can polish and then have it self published. I'm glad you can too. That's what takes your writing to a whole different level of outstanding. And keeps me entertained. I don't think there are nearly as many readers and reviewers as there once where. I used to get forty or fifty reviews on almost everything, most in the first couple of days. Now, I struggle to get 20 or so. It doesn't matter that much to me, as I just right for fun and don't take it too serious. But it's not fair to you who work so hard to make every story special. I had gotten to feel like you in that the few readers I have, there are you and a couple others who always offer so much encouragement that it makes me keep plugging along. ((HUG)) Now that's a big one! Ric

Tammy's loyalty to her friend is commendable, and her part in apprehending Gator extremely brave.

I liked this the characters are believable. The flow of the story is believable. The mention of the closed casket made it believable that her friend was alive. The undercover policeman was a good touch.
When she walked into the pizzeria I was wondering why she went. The end tied up everything nicely. I like happy endings.
