Carol, wonderful to see you back in full swing, my friend. Love this little FF. Why not enter into the contest, it would be a worthy submission.
Oh, yes, twin sisters, just like any other sisters. Devious - when it comes to being winners.
Warmest regards and hugs, Marijke

This is a great flash fiction story. The rivalry comes across loud and strong in a subtle way and the ending is so humorous. I had to smile yet felt sorry for Kaitlyn too.
Pity it isn't a competition entry. It's very good.

What a waste! My mouth was already savoring those fresh and yummy fruit pies. Your story was short, precise and to the point. Even if the ending was not very nice.

Hi Carol,

Cute pic and perfect for your story. I bet thats one canine who is in trouble. I know just how she feels as I had a similar incident to happen. Loved the story and you did a great job telling this one in few words. Thank you for sharing.
Becky

A dastardly tale of what lengths sibling rivalry can go to. The ending comes at the reader faster than an angry pit bull. Well written, enjoyable tale that would have made a strong entry in the contest. Best wishes, Hector

Hmm, I wonder whose the
dogs favorite girl or is
his hunger the key. Wow,
innuendos about in this
delightful reminder how things
can sometimes go awry. Most
enjoyable, flows well...
descriptions and dialogues are
spot on. no nits or spags... Lora

Oh wow, poor Kaitlyn... she is not as well prepared as her competitive twin, Karrie. Interesting story, Carol, the last paragraph is so surprising and pathetic for Kaitlyn.

This is absolutely delightful. Reminds me of my sister's Thanksgiving dinner being scarfed down by her new, not so well trained really big dog (can't remember what kind). I enjoyed this very much. Great work.

Well that just isn't fair. I know a dog just like that. Ate more than a entire roast fresh out of the oven, and a whole cherry pie in the time it took to run to the bathroom. Well done.
