I'm reviewing this based on the contest so basically in comparison to the other entries. I liked your poem but for me a couple of the others just pipped it. But I will say this, you make an intersting point, either deliberately or inadvertently, that if you try to hold in one emotion you'll only cause another to pop out.

Hi Melba! I am glad you understood this. I wrote it about myself, sometimes I do feel I have no right for happiness. It's a nutty feeling, but a real one at times. Thank you for this honest and kind review...

I liked this smooth read. It had a nice, consistent rhyme scheme, too. It sure ended up being a sad story, was actually charged with feelings throughout. Good luck. katz

true in nature...
you can not live a full-filling life with-in a lie...
great opener...
" And feelings are an extra fare
To help us do or die "
relative in the sense of Karma, in how it reflects our actions and how we spend our " fares " or cash-in the good, the bad and the ugly aspects of life...

A very expressive piece on 'feelings' as I would expect it to be. I like the rhyming pattern and the format...I like the fact the the dishonest among are not entitled to their feelings...maybe
