Lots of potential here. Bullying is a heart-wrenching topic, and I think you'll grab lots of readers with it. I think your best direction is, instead of "telling" merely with asking questions, give us a memory, a visual, a concrete image, of bullying. Optimally, the reader will read and ask himself the same questions you do. Take it from there, sir! ;)

The format is matched 5-7-5; however, two questions are asked and only the last one is answered, with a no..., but the reader is left hanging with no insight. I am still wondering about WHY...

I agree bullying should be stopped but I have no idea how to go about getting it there. I do see lots of campaigns now to stop it, but don't know how effective they are.
