How to tell love from lust... turmoil. And the other sneaky woman meets the wife. The dilemmas Leslie Ann is encountering. Tactful approach. Great emotional tones. The story is unfolding nicely. Great!

Sated, satisfied and pleased, - add the comma after pleased
Why the formatting where you end a line after the end of a sentence?
excellent dialogue that conveys intense emotions well
Dramatic dynamics in this love triangle

I wonder what Mary Ann and Thomas are going to cook-up between themselves?
Just a few typos:
Jonathan's stood on shaky legs as he looked from one to the other.
suggest:
delete: 's from Jonathan
Leslie Ann stood motionless, waiting to see how thing would unfold.
Leslie Ann stood motionless, waiting to see how thing[s] would unfold.

The reader is hooked, wanting to know about this plan. Seems Leslie Ann made her point here and doesn't need to go further. Excellent use of rhyme and quatrains to tell this delicious story about seduction.

this little soap opera is charming and frustrating, and I want to see the whole script now. I guess this a little Leslie Ann and all of us. That's probably why I find your story so engaging

This is really a mixed up affair isn't it?
Two love triangles instead of one. Interesting. It is amazing how you tell the story in poem form and do such a remarkable job, Nancy

Dossie,
This is an excellent and suspenseful continuation of the story with the face to face confrontation between Mary Ann and Leslie Ann. Mary Ann's offer of freedom to Jonathan added tension to the events. I enjoyed the read from beginning to the end.
