Beautiful family sentiments & poignantly related back to the one important person who's missing from the family picture. Your poem is so clear & your missing him pervades every line with a bittersweet tone. Great job! Good luck!

Excellent Poem! What a great poem! The author did a great job conveying a wish that is extremely thought provoking.
The reader was able to identify with this poem. The reader's Dad died at age 51. This poem as well written.

The writer stays consistent with the aabb rhyme scheme. The rhyming is good. The piece flows well as the rhymes are not forced. The writer delivers a message that touches the heart of the reader. This piece grabs my attention from the start and holds it to the end.

This is a lovely wish. I sometimes wish the same. In the line 'how mush the tree has grown.' Correct the spelling of mush to much. Your rhyming is good and the poem flows well. I would take out the word added in the second line. It will not change the meaning in any way. See if it works for you. You have a wonderful big family. You are very lucky.

solid rhymes
good use of enjambment to keep your ideas flowing from line to line
typo - how MUSH the tree has grown
What a wonderful family your father started :-) Your love for him and feelings of loss are thoughtfully expressed. I just bet that somewhere he is feeling so proud of all of you :-) Brooke

My, this is a wonderful tribute to your dad, and expressed so well. You obviously have a talent for writing and expressing yourself. I enjoyed it.

That's quite a prolific family you have. Your dad would have been blown away by the proliferation of his kin. Nice tribute to him.

All thirty four members live under the same roof so lovably and historically if father had seen the family tree, a family feeling and belongingness in love colour and relation is nicely exalted. 10/801
