OMG! I would not want to live with this much
guilt and regret. It is very powerful in the
'feelings' department, for sure.
I am so sorry for your loss. Be kind to yourself
and forgive. I am sure he hears you and knows you
love him.

You wrote this poem at a very sad time in your life after losing your Dad, also you suffered with watching your son go through his ordeal with cancer. It is obvious this poem was written from the heart.

thank you for your review I was sad when my dad died but I know that with his passing came healing.God is good

Thank you for your review I am truly blessed.My son is doing great, and God is using him in the most remarkable ways.and yes what a reunion we will have when we get to heaven God bless you to

This is a very sad poem. One written with a lot of feeling and emotion making a good contest entry. Your father does know that you love him, no matter what you did or didn't do or say before he died. Don't hang on to the regrets and shoulda coulda's. Best of luck in the contest.

Thank you for your review,I can only thank God for the peace in my heart and the joy of the wonderful memories I have of my dad.When I lay it down at the foot of the cross and asked for forgiveness Jesus said yes, GOD IS GOOD
