So he won't be singing with Alvin and the Chipmunks, "All I want for Chriss-mass is my two front teeth...." :)

Adorable wee one, Grampa!

Tom, how is your wife's back?

Thanks Sonali, for the review. Her back is about the same. Good in morning, gets worst as day goes on. Then gets to lev 7. Sonetime lev 9, which is usually in tears at 9.

He's a cutie with his new "choppers". When my son was teething, he drooled so much he developed a rash--talk about cranky! Your clever, rhymed quatrain brought back many memories. Hugs- Joan

I guess you better get ready to fork out those dollars for the tooth fairy.
I hope your pockets are deep.
Nice to see human nature in its glory here.
Best wishes,
RG

Wow! A very impressive smile too.
The words capture a very important milestone.
What a beautiful smile -I'm sure everyone is
glad this trying time is over.
I really enjoyed the rhymed quatrains and can relate to
the poem as my granddaughter is teething as well.

Words that paint a meshing picture
of the photo displayed to go with
your warmth tinged grandmotherly
thoughts of that teething period
that we all go through.
Well done

A well-penned monorhyme--
thank you for sharing a small poem, much like the little adorable child you write of;
New teeth exciting, both for children and parents!
He is so cute, Tom!
