Definitly words of wisdom! I have a very low self esteem, and unfortunately it keeps me from doing so many things I want to do. I may just practice this exercise myself, so, I thank you for writing it! You may have just saved me a fortune!

It is worth a try, it many take a couple of weeks to be able to start having your face match what you mouth is saying, but stick with it. I will pray for you. Blessings Patricia

Sound advice about self-esteem. If you can't love yourself, its hard to love others. Good to know that you succeeded, but i thought a smile might be helpful, although the butterfly is a nice touch.

Thanks for the review. I was wanting to smile, but I was having to concentrate on taking the photo that it was impossible to smile also.

This is really quite clever and a terrific way to undo a lifetime of damage low self-esteem can cause. what a smart counselor. I am going to try it and let you know how it works.

Thanks for the nice review. It really works, but you will feel silly at the start, but in about 1 weeks you will begin to see a difference in your face. My counselor had a business, it was called Mariposa Counseling. Mariposa in Spanish means butterfly.

Ah,, come on Phyllis, I am sure anyone who finds penguins and make them into a story would never tell a lie, I bet you are pretty. BTW one of your penguins names is Penny, my oldest daughter is named Penny and her nickname in school was penguin and now she collects Penguins and was born on Christmas day. So she brings out her penguins at Christmastime.
