Get rid of those extra ellipses, the words speak for themself and the trail off works better without the distraction of extra ellipses.
This made me smile, in a dark gleeful way.

A very fine entry into Dean's awesome book. What a chilling tale. A monster that invades your dreams but doesn't stop when you wake. There's nowhere you can run to or hide from it.

Wow, Pearl! You do flash/micro horror well, my friend...really well! And dang it, I just awarded my last six star rating to Tab_that's me for her poem, "Reaching Dreams". I hope you don't mind a virtual sixer for now.
You may want to down-size your image a bit...it's HUGE! Maybe go with the auto-size feature from the editor, or make it a medium sized photo. It looks fantastic though (heh-heh).
The realization that this person's shocking, horrifying dream is becoming a reality is the stuff that made Freddy Kruger, and A Nightmare on Elm Street so widely popular.
Excellent work, my friend, and thank you very much for your fantastically eerie contribution!

Many thanks Dean firstly for your help and the great pic. I did try other sizes but this was the only size when I could get the whole story together beneath the photo, so I went with it. Glad I decided to bite the bullet and have a go. Thanks heaps,

The ending...maybe she awoke screaming. Perhaps she can observe that with each night the beast gets closer and he will catch her the next dream. She dreads the nights and the dream that might kill her.
Think this is a killer of a short story...needs some work.
