Debbie, my dear friend... just what you needed, something else to throw that proverbial spanner in the works... what small minded person would do that? Hey,you though of getting some surveillance camera's installed? They're relatively inexpensive... and a sure way of knowing who the hell is doing this to you... wish I was there with you... I'd light a fire up under their pathetic arses... keep me posted on this, but seriously, think about the camera's!

Hi, Debbie. Whoa! how in the hell do you tolerate that? I feel so bad for you. The only way to catch them is to have someone hiding in the bushes or out os site, but able to accost them when they knock. whew! Good Luck. Bob

I feel very bad for you, Debbie, we all need our sleep and it must be terrible to be woken up in the middle of the night. I will say a prayer for you, I don't know what else can help. I pray that the beast who is doing it is soon apprehended. I hope your wee doggie is a comfort to you. Faye

OH No! This is really happening? How cruel!
I do hope they catch the culprits Debbie. Isn't there anyone who can come spend the night with you to catch whoever it is?
I would advise you to get a taser gun and concel it in a wrap or hankie in your lap. When he gets close zap-em!
Hugs. Nancy

Hi Debbie,

I'm sorry to hear that this is going on. By all means, keep your doors locked and rely on your lifeline system for quick help. It's fortunate that you are so close to the police and that they understand your situation.

Will keep you in my prayers. thanks for sharing your story.

Hugs,
Lois

Oh Debbie, this is highly disturbing, and I am seriously chilled by the thought. Having read that you stay close to a hammer, I'll now have to go and look up that story, but I want to give you a heads up about one thing -don't misunderstand me though, please - It's an excellent thing to be prepared to fight! Most male attackers don't expect it from a woman, so it can be a great advantage.

But, here's the thing I want to warn you about - be absolutely sure, if you are going to have a weapon, that it can't be taken from you and used against you!

You're in my prayers, hon. Whoever is doing this is obviously nuts (and awake at all hours) but likely a harmless prankster. However, don't let your guard down!

Love,
Dawn

Oh sh*t - forgot to comment on the actual story-writing, I'm so upset! It's flawless, and if I had a six, it would be yours. Although it's not in-your-face horror, it IS frightening, and made all the more so by the fact that it is real torment going on. I always try to infuse that innuendo, the subtle ways of creating suspense, and your story does it masterfully. ***********************!!!

I don't think it is too long, it's just right. How scary! I live alone so I know how you feel. I never heard about lifeline, that is a good idea. It is too bad you can't leave your door open the way you used to. You did a very good job with this story. Well done!

At night, I have left the door unlocked in care the paramedics [in CASE the paramedics...]

Oh, my goodness, Debbie. I can certainly understand and commiserate with you.

I tend to believe it's an adolescent prank, but you need to treat it seriously.

Why don't you use your cell phone to call the police instead of the "first alert" system.

You will let us know when the mystery is solved, won't you? I'm sure if it was someone wanting in they would have been in by now.

Yeah, that's what I read. Damn. That had to hurt. It would hurt a lot less if you were. But since you aren't, you are unnecessarily in pain. I don't understand how they can charge your son or ex for anything other than malicious mischief. Were there other charges?

Hi, Debbie...

_ OMGoodness! How awful for you. I hope the police catch the person.
_ So sad to think there are people out there doing such stuff.
_ At least you have the police nearby, and your alert.
_ Let's hope this is short-lived and will be over as quickly as it started.
_ Take care, my friend.

Cheers & Blessings

It's horrible that somebody doesn't have enough to do and they harasse innocent people. I hope the police catch them very soon. Harley would be barking his head off. Please keep us posted.
