It looks like a nice clean place and that's a go start.
Smokey is going through so much but it will be better for him in the end.
Thanks for sharing.

I agree with you, they should've check poor Smokey
when he was at the clinic, it would've saved him some
pain and time for you.
Dear Ine, I hope this week is much better for you and
Smokey.

It seems you are having a terrible run of luck, between your health, teeth, and doggy. I sure hope that thing start to turn around for you soon.

Your title has a typo, it should read:
Veterinary Clinic
This sentence makes no sense:
They did this very well and his control too.

Oh poor Smokey, even him had to have some teeth surgery, just like Mommy! Lovely and light report. The picture shows a very respectable establishment.

Hi Ine. Poor Smokey, he has to go back again to the vet. Strange, they did not check his teeth, otherwise they could do it when he was drugged, but now he has to go back. Glad you keep us up to date about Smokey. poor thing, I hope everything goes well. Fia

Hi Ine - great picture of the Vet's clinic. It looks smarter than my doctor's surgery. They obviously make a lot of money. This does not surprise me and I agree with you they should have noticed Smokey's teeth problem - I hope you did tell them. Warm regards Dorothy x

Milk teeth don't bother the dog or put him in any danger. They may fall out over time. You don't have to do it. Anesthesia is a danger to small pets.
Good luck with this, ina.

Glad the surgery went well for Smokey. Too bad he will have to go back for his teeth. Cats behave so differently at the vet's. One of my cats dreaded her visits and I could hardly get her out of her carrier. The other one, I think, likes to show off her good looks for the vet. My dog always reacted better to the women vets. Best of luck with your doggie when he has to go back. Thanks for keeping us posted. judi

You are correct vets normally open an animals mouth as a primary check and if not to busy or distracted the would have noted this. But even so they could not not have pulled them out without your permission. If smokey was already under there would have been no time frame to contact you. Hugs p
