-I know if I was going to take on a difficult ball like this I'd be very frustrated. You did an excellent job in not only sharing rhymes between the lines but you also you made their content into the meeting and concept of each line.
-These are some near and notable alliterations: "resentful, repentant", "plebeian And patrician", "swagger or stumble", "sinners and shriven". I may have missed a few.
-A bundling conglomeration of entity that are at and waiting at Gossamer's Gate.
-The imagery is exquisitely expressive and vividly and demonstratively descriptive throughout.
-Good luck in the contest and may the good Lord be with you always Steve.

Wow! You rhyme so darn well, Steve. I don't know if this poetry has a set style, but it's real poetry in that it sticks to a theme, develops it well and does it all with beautiful rhythmic language. I love this kind of freestyle! It was fun to read.
