This is a silly little piece and made me smile. If I were to offer a suggestion it would be to punctuate further and put "Chrome Dome" in quotes.

This 1-6-1, Gnome pals, certainly has three lines with the right number of syllables and the rhyme scheme. It also tells a story of three gnomes who have shaved their heads for gno apparent reason. Nice.
