Excellent unforced rhymes, and good flow to your words.
Top metaphors, including:
'then tell the Lord my clothing's frayed'
Powerful expression of your Faith, and the humour avoids it appearing in any way, 'preachy'.
Nice one.
Cheers, Ray.

This is a fine, Bible-based poem. My father was a potter, so I enjoyed your poem immensely. It is well-rhymed, but, more importantly, it has a message of faith and accepting the way God created us. Thank you for sharing. I wish you success in the contest.

A beautifully versed, faith inspired poem that evokes the promise of eternity. I have no suggestions for improvement, other than the following, which could be attributed to language. I haven't had a chance to check your country of origin, so forgive if thst is the case.
I'm moulded by the potter's hand---> molded

The idea behind this poem was well said as a metaphor. I liked the idea of how you are shaped differently and uniquely like a pot. But when you say, " my clothing's frayed" , it doesn't quite flow with the poem since you are comparing a human to a pot the rest of the time. Overall, I think this poem conveyed a message in a unique way!

Bible quote aside I love the rhymes of this sweet poem and the message between.
It gave me my first morning smile. Thank you!

Love your submission in this simple poem...trying to silence the critics. It is unworthy of a man to condemn what he can not make. God creates 'all things' according to His will and purpose. We are pots and He is the porter. Every thing created by Him is for His own pleasure and purpose. We have no 'say' about the way we are, for we never moulded ourselves. Let me just add that I love the way "I'm fashioned -- shaped, to look this way." Great phrase, good job.

What an interesting piece. Sure, we can't change the form that we have been bestowed with but ultimately we are not stationary pots of clay. We are dynamic, moving creatures, bestowed with a conscience, freedom of choice and therefore responsibility for our acts. I can't choose what I have been given but I can choose what to do with it. Great piece

This is a chilling reminder to people who make fun of or criticize the way others look. God does not make mistakes. Mankind started out as a perfect creation. Sin through rebellion changed all that. Satan is to blame not God. Because man went along with Satan in sinning we bear and share equally in the guilt. However, unlike Satan the devil, we have a chance through Jesus sacrificai blood, to be forgiven.

You seemed to struggle at the end of the second paragraph..."he's mine you see... my perfect stake."
I also feel you struggled with the ending..."I'm moulded by the potter's hand-
to one day walk eternal's land."
Just my view. But I really like most of the poem - especially the first paragraph.

This is beautiful rhyme that reminds us that criticizing others is to criticize the creator. Not to mention, are created in his image. I like the rhyme and it's just the right length to make a great point.
