Hello, Poet,
I really like your clever poem about creation and who are we to question how perfect we are just the way we are without plastic surgery, latest fashion, expensive perfumes or colognes, and all that jazz. Good pentameter and rhyme.

Hi, Poet, I truly like this poem, not only for the way it is presented but the more so for the idea behind it. It is a story of faith and at the same time an expression of self confidence. Good luck with the contest,

I enjoyed the quatrains of Omar about the pots, as translated by Fitzgerald., the part that ends, "Pish. He's a good fellow and 'twill all be well." Fine poem.

I like this work a lot. Bits of it felt somewhat forced to me, which is why the four stars rather than five. But your meaning of the clay vessel is quite important.

We are as all uniquely made in divine design as is the intricate structure of each individual snowflake.
You're right.
God does not make mistakes -- we do.
Everyone makes mistakes, but God turns our mistakes into miracles.

I love this poem--its message (which fits us all), it perfect rhyme and perfect rhythm. I also love when the bible is quoted--it makes me feel like we still have some freedoms left. Also whenever we are looking for a story subject, the bible is full of them, all dilemmas for the common man. Very fine work. I was lucky to find it on my page. GoodHearted Woman

I love the message of this poem. I am not religious, but I do believe in a higher being and believe everyone is unique and flawed, and beautiful because of it. There is no such thing as perfection, unless it is flawed and imperfect.
Wonderful poem.

I wish I had a six for you. So worth it. I love the message here, and the attached verse from Isaiah backing it up! Great job! Blessings!

A nice little poem depicting man's uniqueness, fragility and God's love for man in one stroke! It also seems to say that man is ultimately what he is made by God, but I'll have to disagree on that. Otherwise, the subject matter is interestingly put forth in comparison with a clay pot. My only other complaint is that you seem to have gone a bit off the rhyme scheme in the second stanza although it doesn't diminish it in any way.
