Wonderful combination of picture and poem. A fine entry (contender for my vote) with strong imagery and superb alliteration of B as well as good voicing.
No cap on B is fine, but I would have used a cap, personally. Just a thought.

'my dogma ate my homework'-what a thought-provoking line. You have said so much in these five words. It is universal and homework could be replaced by any other worldly tasks that we do in our daily lives. Truth, said so laconically, is obviously very hard to digest and many people might be critical of the word 'dogma,' but a poet knows that the surmises of readers, reviewers, and critics are often amusing to the poet.
