I love this romantic piece. It has a gothic feel which is partially due to the presentation. This has a black lacey feel...that probably doesn't make sense yet it describes how I feel when I read it. Perhaps you will understand my meaning.

yep, is OK. I don't know how you guys can message everybody with soo many fans you got. BOO has trouble with his few he has. Does bring a smile to BOO's face when I see you or Spooky. Yaw cool cats. Don't work too hard. BOO!

Esto es muy sensual.
It may have taken an entire year for you to write another one of your always stunning free verse poems, dalin'.
But I gotta tell ya, it was well worth the wait.
Unlike some free verse poetry this had a very nice sound to it when read aloud.
Excellent example of alliteration with, "Deliciously decadent."
Whomever your Valentine is, he's very fortunate,heh-heh...
Beautifully done.

Yes, when I was in Venice, it cost too much to take a gondola ride. I opted to take one in Oakland on Lake Merritt. It's not the same, but is what I was willing to pay.
I enjoyed the romance of your poem. Your descriptions describe the dreamy couples I saw and envied on the canals of Venice. My favorite part is your last line:
"And the best ...
Near you when I awake"
Even when you awake from sleep or a dream, the love of your life is still beside you.

If I had any suggestion at all it would be to change the & to and. I think using the ampersand is not a good choice in an otherwise perfectly written poem. Why mix characters and letters when the latter will do just fine?
