This poem about God, Am I Human?, makes a lot of comparisons between the genomic and technological makeups of both man and AI. As you said, one day perhaps, the two will be identical.

Thank you for the excellent review, Bill. I really think we're further than any of us really know. I can see where the guy came up with the idea for the "Terminator" movies. Lol. I really appreciate the generous stars, friend. I'm glad you liked the piece. Have a great rest of your weekend.

This was by far the smoothest read of all the entries, I suspect you have a winner. The rhymes were not forced, and the flow had great tempo. I wish you luck!

Thank you for the fantastic review, Larry. Yeah, I think that's a major part of poetry, that it flows smoothly. I'm a stickler about that. I really appreciate the generous stars, friend. I'm glad you liked the piece. Have a great rest of your weekend.

AI is said to be a significant factor in our future. Perhaps the robots already are further along than we suspect, maybe even among us, taking unfair advantage. (Personally, I suspect Dean.
In fact, mystery poet, it is possible that you are he.)

Your poem certainly is food for thought.

Thank you for the fantastic review and the big sixer, Don. Too bad it doesn't show the six title yet. The first couple reviewers thought it was only worth a four. What can you do? Lol. Yeah, this is just a little different view of our existence. Plus I wanted to offer something other than the norm for what this contest was sure to bring. I really appreciate the generous stars, friend. I'm glad you liked the piece. Thank you again. Oh, and nope, not Dean. Have a great weekend.

You're very welcome. I guessed wrong, but I still believe Dean is one of them.

I thought your poem was inspired. Those fours are inexcusable. I'm sure you don't get many. Did you recognize the clueless reviewers?

    Best wishes for next time.

I think this is a good entry for the 'A Poem About God' writing prompt.
Your well rhymed and well written verse asks some good questions about existence.
Good luck to you with the competition.

This speaks poet raises a question before God whether he is a human or not human at all for he has everything of a human but God operates everything; well said, well done. DR ALCREATOR

That was beautiful. And what I myself ask as not doubt many . The subject has a lot of wonders even in good faith, yes, your human as if you were not you would ask...The quest and one life journey differs for all. And the answers are often silent but deep down with a little help the answers are found. But to many, the answer is who knows... Loved it, well done!

this is good.
an interesting premise -
a provocative piece, creative and original. I hadn't thought of this situation before - this fantasy (at least at this point)
And the accompanying picture is perfect.
well done.

The Speaker, if we are honest with ourselves, asks questions each one of us have (if only to ourselves). AI and virtual reality are definitely compounding the issue of who we really are. I found this poem refreshingly differentt.

The poem has questions which many of us could ask God. The flow maintained in the rhyme scheme is great. Makes interesting reading . Simpl words chosen add to the beauty

I really like the concept behind this poem, AI is a fascinating topic. Your rhythm and rhyming is fairly good, overall, but there are a few bits that could be improved. The lines "Do my lungs breathe the air?" and "Artificial intelligence" don't fit very smoothly into the rhythm, and thus feel a bit clunky.
I think the ending might be improved by changing the last question to a positive instead of a negative, as in "Am I truly human? Do I have a soul?"
I hope that helps. Good luck! =)
