Thank you for bringing back memories of Star Wars and one of its favorite characters in this rhymed poem. I liked your musings about Chewbacca's hair. Best wishes in the contest and enjoy the next prequel- Joan

This is so great! I adore that you made the structure tall like Chewie! Your line, Regardless of his hygiene made me giggle, I wont lie!!

This was the first straw wars poem I saw about Chewbacca and I'm impressed!

Good Luck

This speaks about your star war favourite character friend, he is tall, hairy but a little scary, he is in knot with many others around, he is sometime intelligent and behaves so; well said, well done. Keep Writing -- DR ALCREATOR

I thoroughly enjoy this take on Chewy. The rhyme and cadence were good but the humor was what makes it special. Just one note and it may be only me, but I felt "Millennium Falcon's ride" was a bit forced rhyme.

This is an excellent entry in the Star Wars Charachter poem contest. I wish you the best of luck. May the gods of poetry look favorably on you. Or as my grandmother would say. Bless this mess.

Hello, and may the force be with you, lol. I am a Star Wars fan, and what's not to like about Chewy. Such a good poem for this competition and I will look forward to reading more entries. I love yours, though, you manage to really flesh Chewy's character out in this poem, and we see him in the context of all the other characters as well. Nice job!!

Thanks for sharing this poem which was fun and entertaining, cheers, Ana.

Thank you so much for this nice review. I'm a huge star wars fan and saw the first one in the theater back in 1977. It was magical.
