This poem reminds us that we can return to the simple faith of a child after
making our mistakes to become the person we were meant to be and still make
it to the final destination we all wish to see.

I love it that your wife gave you six stars, that is the most important rating. You've gone through your life in this poem with all the changes that happen. We do all believe as children that we will go to Heaven. I think we are led to believe their is such a place you just walk into when you die. That is the simple innocent way of a child's thoughts. Later we test this theory, and it really does take a jolt to bring us back in line, and back to faith. Well done, this is an excellent contest entry. Good luck! : Sandra xx

The rhyming of the poem flows, giving me a real interest in the poem. It was me and many others. The pace of it, made it easy to read and understand. I like the life journey presented.

Thank you for your kind words, I've written a couple of poems and actually won a contest with one, the other was disqualified because I entered a rhyming poem in a Free Verse Contest LOL. I appreciate you taking the time to read and review my work.
