Like rhyming poetry. Spiritual things seem lost on many people today. I wasn't very good at instilling it in my own children. Wish I'd done better. I think there are two words whose removal would make the poem flow better-just, and do. Keep writing.

This is a lovely poem or should I say lullaby. I find that lullabies sung to children really do work in sending them to sleep. I have sung them to all my children and grandchildren. A beautiful piece of writing. Takd care. Jen.

A very well-written lullaby for a little child that they will remember until their older years and sing it to their children too. A child may not understand the words at that stage but the voice of the singer is soothing and they will always hear those sweet melody in their ears.

This is so precious and sweet! Love this! The picture is just how I would imagine God's angels watch over our children with adoring attention. Possibly never leaving their post even as we age? I hope you win the contest. You got my vote!
