Simple quaint beautiful entry for this firefly contest prompt. The pic and presentation, though small, are lovely and I like the "moonless night" and then the idea of sharing light and the rhyme in those two lines is just so nice too! Well done!

Yes the Fireflies are one of Nature's wonders and delights - nicely portrayed here in this short format of the 3-5-3 and with the added extra of rhyme giving a lovely touch

As I read this it almost had a children's lullaby appeal and I really liked that about it. A nicely formatted 3-5-3 poem. This is a great contest entry. I hope you do well in the contest.

A very well-written 3-5-3 poem about the fireflies that lights up the area with their little lights when the moon does not shine and we need to see where we go, fireflies to the rescue.

Not quite getting share your light, perhaps because I was automatically thinking share their light (to guide you). They look like stars in the pretty picture. Syllable count is correct. Thank you for promoting your work and good luck!

It never ceases to amaze me how many different ways a poet can write about things of nature. Who would have thought to ask the fireflies tomorrow they're Light, lol! I think it's genius and I think it's beautiful. The title is perfect. Honestly, if I had six stars you would get them!
