This is a cute, bouncy poem and, as a summer person myself, I fully understand how you feel. Just two quick points I would make. I know they said any rhyme scheme is okay but, when you did four stanzas as aabb, doing the last as abab seemed a bit confusing. Also (and this may just be my eyes), I found it a little straining to read the pale-colored text on the green background. You might want to make the text a bit darker. Your picture, of course, added to the bright and sunny feelings your poem expressed.

Cute "happy" poem that made me smile. I like sweet simple stuff like this. Who say poetry has to stretch and challenge the mind? Having fun is just fine. I think it would look better if centered, more poem like. I am a sun person and relate to your words. As we approach our night I long for our trip to the southern sun. Good Job.

A fun read with good rhyme and a pleasant theme to write about. Especially in this time of year when not only Canada but many parts in the US can be paralysed with snow conditions. Suggestion, if you make a contrast between font and letters, it will read better.
