Good comparison of history to modern times, good match to the title. I wonder if you could use more consistent stanza size, but it has enough breaks and subject changes to be okay. I found it interesting to read.

This is quite a shocking write with some misconceptions and media can paint a dim picture when it wants to and a glowing picture when it so decides, history will certainly record the unrest, but the real results of this term of office won't be revealed for years and then the view may be totally different as he real truth coms out, time will tell, I wish you luck with the contest, food for thought here, love Dolly x

Good job on this, and good job on not ignoring. Im unable to accept a man who embraces dictators, thrives on the fear and resentment of others, and much more. We've had presidents like this one before, but this guy flaunts it openly and arrogantly. Lord have mercy on us all. Thank you for sharing.

I agree with you 100%. When this 'contender' announced he was running, I thought it was a joke. The man has NO political experience, NO military experience, and NO foreign policy experience.
I've tried to point to the similarities between NOW and the early days of the Nazis in Germany, but I was told that it was stupid.
Yup--I'm sure that's what some of the citizens of the 1930s Germany thought, too.
