Beethoven certainly had some 'dreadful demons' dancing in his soul. I guess that's the price you pay for being a genius. Despite his deafness, he still managed to continue to compose. Thanks for sharing your poem with us.

This is an excellent Even the Odds poem and entry for the contest
with the correct syllables for each line
and reflects the music of Beethoven in the words.
Nice use of alliteration, too
Excellent art work to match
Well done
Good luck in the contest
Robert

You have captured the essence of the continued dance here, the spirit of Beethoven lives on in his beautiful music, my best friend learned to play the piano and as a kid I remember hearing her play Beethoven, we are still friends today, such joyous music such wonderful memories, love Dolly x

Wonderful poem illustrating the dynamics of Beethoven's music and how impactful it still. The first word of the poem set the tone for the rest of the story, and you nailed it with the word "Frolic."

This was a good read. I liked the way you used the format to your advantage with your wording and the flow of the piece. Nice imagery and the ending was good. Great job.

Hi Contest Author,

A very nicely crafted poem you've penned here. And a great contest entry that should fare well. Nothing here for me to suggest revising. Good luck and thanks for sharing. Jan
