That is what mothers do. We notice each precious accomplishment. I used to call them "small victories". There were always things that needed corrected but everyday, you could find a precious accomplishment to notice.

Small victories, that when accrued over time, become monumental accomplishments, right?! It's the BEST part of parenthood.

The little ones are always showing us where we should look to find our grace and that's for sure. I know that no matter what kind of child I see, it never fails to amaze me how resilient they are. :)

Our children are the greatest gift from God that we receive. They are a true miracle in our lives and make everything we do worthwhile. I love this poem, that says all that in a few words. Best of luck in the contest.

It's truly amazing how G od has designed our kids - the ways they succeed, the wisdom they have at a young age - it's encouraging and definitely shows the fact God wove them together in the mother's womb

Ah. My "kids" are now 38 and 39 and still I "see God" in their accomplishments...and in those of my grandchildren. We are never too old to stop learning and God is of infinite patience! Lovely poem---Karenina
