I think everyone gets a little down when it rains to long. Lack of sun chnages your mood. Light, sun and warmth perks you up and takes away the blues. I like the artwork.

This is funny! I think it would brighten up the windows/displays at your local florist's shop in the cactus section--or anywhere, for that matter. Nice 'p' alliteration with 'pavement' and 'puddles' located so close to it. The poor cactus will have to wait more often than not in England for that sun, it seems.

The whole Easter was drowned in water, and that was good, but not for the poor visitors and tourists coming here to spend their holidays. I have had a soft spot for England for many years, and I love many of the shows produced there. I'm not sure I could handle the rain there any better than the cactus (cute twist at the end!)
