I was surprised by the choice of topic and then really liked what you had to say. It's sweet and heartfelt, and it's obvious you care a lot about each stray. Well done.

Thank you for the kind review ..yes each life counts for me..we are a happy bunch.

Its hard when you have to give them up...You cant keep every saved , tamed cat but it is nice to hear from their new familes how they are doing.

Thank you for the postive review .it's appreciated.

CIAO poet I consider you as a virtuous woman because of the way you appreciate the things that our God has created. I call that worshiping, our God. God likes people that worship him. I like people that worship God too. That means that both our God and I like you, poet Like I said...you are a woman of God. You are a virtuous woman. May His grace be with you until we talk to each other again. Ciao, my friend. Cordially: rhonnie69.

Awe... This is a wonderful poem, my friend. I love that you chose to do it on a furry family:)). It's so very sad, I'm glad for their happy ending. You're a kind soul. Good luck in the contest. I will have to catch up on your other work I missed while I was gone. ~Kerry

The Speaker describes HOW these stray cats came into his life and became family. Orphans, unwanted, barely acknowledged by strangers quickly accept him and vice versa. I do like happy endings. Rod

Thanks for reviewing my wee poem.

Yes the ones I found were lucky but there are so many that suffer and die.

I think every family ..if possible...should have a pet:

helping to take care of their pet ....(brush , walk ...if it's a dog...and feed them)...children learn to empathise and develop their sense of responsibility.

Oh, those poor little kitties! All alone without a mama to take care of them! Good thing you came along and volunteered yourself to be their mama. I bet they are so cute and spunky!!

They can be mischief like children at times but they still are a blessing .

They bring fun and laughter , comfort and company and they make us better people.

I think every family should have a least one pet..

...and why not ...one picked from a homeless facility!

    Thanks for the kind review!

Thank you for the positive response!

I'm glad you like my "boys", my family.

I think having pet is a good thing ...

..they are great fun , they provide comfort and they make us better people.

All the best to you , your family and your fur babies!
