I loved the sentiments here Melissa, May I make a suggestion for the last line of the first verse? You speak of a calming peaceful serenade, but you have a (blowing) breeze, I would change that to: and (gentle) breeze, this gives a calmer feel, love Dolly x

Good luck in the Minute Contest. Beautiful presentation to compliment your poem. Ah, peace, perfect peace in the glade of nature. If everyone took a little time out to lay down with nature and be as one with the birds and bees and all small critters. It is only when we are at peace with nature, we can hear the language of the small world around us. Well done friend!
