Aren't you a clever flash fiction writer? Just 50 short words and you have your stinger at the end. Well played, my anonymous friend.
Good luck in the contest,
Rhonda

Gotcha, did I?! (Mwah, ha, ha!!)
I'm glad you liked it, and thank you for the well-wishes in the contest. I appreciate them very much.

Ha, ha. A humorous piece of flash fiction that is effective with the twist of its culminating sentence. The image you've chosen to accompany this is diversionary; intentional, I presume, to enhance the power of the twist.
Good luck with the competition :)

The hard part trying to praise a story in as many characters as the original story. The story is very good are we speaking of a bitch or a witch.

That's so true, Diana. Men are just suckers for a lovely, attentive female (dog).
Thanks for the terrific review.

This is an amusing entry. Just enough eroticism to set the mind off in the wrong direction before you pull your readers back into line. Dogs are so much less complicated than women. Perhaps that's why they have the reputation of being man's best friend. LOL

Arf! Maybe MEOW? Whichever one or some other animal friend you got me good with this fifty word little treasure. I love it when a seemingly predictable tale (even a short short one) goes running off dragging my false expectations like a play toy! This one is rich....Best of luck to you!
Wit alone should put you at the top!--Karenina

If I were a bad girl, Karenina, I would say I prefer that top position you mentioned to doggy style. But I'd would never be so politically incorrect as that!!
Anyway, thanks for the adorable review. I absolutely loved it. You brought a smile to my face many times with your cleverly chosen words. xo

That was a really clever fifty-word contest entry. The story is so well done, who would have thought the twist, in the end, was an adoring dog? lol, very good. It's amazing how large a story you can make from 50 words. Well done and good luck. :)) Sandra xx

I was just reading through the other entries and thinking the exact same thing. Everyone has REALLY stepped up their game here, and it's made for such a fun chunk of reading time this afternoon.
As always, thank you for your warm and gracious review. xo

Dear Mystery Author, (--wink--)
This was just fun. I was - along with everyone else, I'm sure -- fooled into thinking we were talking about a young lady, until the very end. Then I realized we were discussing a four-legged friend. Of course, it could still be a young lady, couldn't it? haha!
Nice job -- good luck! Made me smile!
