I danced all trough your poem. It was beautifully written with and such grace. This could be a movie, for your word felt like pictures on a screen. As you can see I love Ninja movies. :) You are a master with your pen. :) This is a good Poetry entry.

The level of violence is very high. "while severing his head".
I've seen these Samuri killers on TV.
I suppose you're Japanese or you are interested in their wars.

Hello mystery writer. I very much liked the poem. It is an excellent piece. The storyline was incredible. I congratulate you on telling that story as well as you did in outstanding rhyme and meter. I was surprised to find ANY of those doors unlocked, but I guess those guards had to come and go by some route and when you have that many you probably tend to feel a bit of safety. Nice job -- good luck!
