It does clear the head and help with focus, doesn't it? I'm so glad FS has helped you. It's been good for me too, even if I just want to be silly or blow off some steam. Good luck in the contest.

Thanks for the vulnerability. I enjoyed the poem and creative use of the word shrink. Writing helps me deal with everything too. Keep pushing on and keep scribbling too.
