This is a really beautiful write with a lovely picture to go with your words. There is so much sweetness when one has lived well and can grow old with family around them.

I read you poem about how it feels getting older each day the part that caught my attenuation is
this year the man turns eighty-three.
The hall mirror reflects a lie,
that can't be him, he still feels young
I myself still feel young when I see myself in my mirror being 83 this year
