Prawns are larger than regular shrimp and cost twice as much.at least here in the USA.Dont know about Austraila down under. Cute use of words.

Ugh - they really made a statue of a prawn. I'm not a sea-food fan so that's a bit over the top. Loved your poem - had to re-read a few portions to understand the pun. Great stuff.

As I am a seafood lover, I think the statue is terrific, and i would like to be let loose on a real prawn that size. Yummy!

I enjoy word play and twisting language and ideas (probably proves I am twisted myself!) And yes, I was laughing. I live alone so I have to entertain myself.

Oh... my... funny... punny...bunny! I think I have only seen two of these puns. And the last two lines had me laughing out loud some more! This reminds me I am a beginner when it comes to puns. You go to the head of the class. Water puns all over the place, and geography lesson in rivers to boot. And you got it to rhyme, too! Good luck in the contest, not that you will need it! Hilarious.
