Your selected illustration burns through the page as this fire scorches the Brazilian Amazon (possible story line for 2019 in case any FS member does not read the paper or see the news ... LOL)!
You gave us all the elements for this poem. One can sense the heat and the smoke from your verse. The red background complements your text for this 5-7-5 structured verse.
Very nice and timely presentation.
IMHO 'till' should be 'til so no one will complain about tilling the earth spelling.
