Looks like Nicholas is in for quite an adventure and will have to watch his p's and q's. so as not to upset Constantine. Love the rolling punk ball/ armadillo.
Very visual chapters Yvette.
Cheers

Good entertaining writing. I never really read fantasy until I got here. I am enjoying these stories delivered in bite size portions. You leave us wanting more. Karen :-)

It sounds like Constantine is quite the character....I can just picture him standing, tossing his hat behind the cabinet, trying to get the groundskeeper attention. I think he kind of wants to be the groundskeeper's friend.

Oh, a true character he is, my lady -- glad he caught your attention! ;)

A pink ball that turns into an armadillo? This is so much fun!
And who else would beat up a file cabinet, but the infamous G-Trash!
Halt, you Heathens? You have left me in suspense.

Gotta keep those pre-teen attentions that are used to video games and such!! ;) Thanx so much for your 'joining in', my lady! ;) Yvette

Oh yeah, I never thought of that! I don't have teenagers (or any kids at all), but that's so true. You're welcome, dear Yvette, as always.

I greatly enjoy the character 'Constantine' !
A pink ninja-like armadillo? Wow! Do all authors 'indulge' for their writing? Hehehe!

Y,
Another lovely chapter with all the same sort of delicious ingredients one has come to expect from you. *smile*
Notes - for you to use or toss, as you wish:
1.) "Hey!" (h)e interjected excitedly, waving his hand back and forth.
2.) "Do I look like the kind of fella that would beat up an unsuspecting cabinet?!"
--> aaaccctually, you're only supposed to use one form of punctuation in each setting. I understand this is for a younger crowd, though. Hmmm...
Thanks so much - moving on...

The garden shed reveals more of its secrets. This is a novel that is racing along in its own small corner of the world - you prove that you can pack a lot of action into a mere five hundred words.

This garden and shed are full of surprises. A pink armadillo no less. And who is that lighting the shed? The rose bush. I love a good fantasy story.
And this is a good one.
