Interesting presentation. Usually acrostics go straight down, using capitals. There's no rule to say they have to though. The wording is so good I wouldn't have known it was an acrostic.

Thanks Sallyo for reviewing my wee poem.
I woke up this morning with the idea in my head .. I rewatched a film in a madhouse .. it obviously made an impression on me.

This is a really original and clever entry for the Acrostic contest. The picture helps to emphasize the poem. I first thought of political asylum, which is a hot political topic, but of course, there are other types too. Thanks for sharing.

Honestly, I felt uncomfortably to put a pic of a patient in a madhouses.
There are several on the internet.
Then I saw this one of a corridor in asylum.
