Sounds like something I have to look forward to, or maybe I'm already there and don't realise it. A very entertaining piece that gave me a smile. Nice one.

Haha... and your friends are too blind or deaf to notice and can't tell you!

A very well-written Tyburn about the fumbling fool who stumbles about while mumbling and grumbling about about this unfair life that makes us drool.

Thanks for reviewing. This fate may well be ahead for all of us.

This form of poetry just lends itself to outrageous, but totally acceptable, silliness. you have used it very skillfully to that end and I salute you.

Thanks for your wonderful review!

Ha, ha! A great Tyburn poem that meets all the requirements of the form. I particularly like your use of drool here; it's indicative of a mumbling, grumbling person (although I'm not sure it applies to someone who stumbles with their words).
Best of luck with this when the voting booth opens {smiles}.

I fear the very same thing as we in part lose our sanity with age and turn into our Mothers and Fathers! He he he, this is a fun write though and I enjoyed the sentiments, love Dolly x

Oh yes, we are all on the slippery slope to parody our parents.

By gosh, I think you've got this one right on! Perfect picture
and fools lament is so sequentially, hilariously , and totally
relatable! Interesting presentation for this new kind of sty poem,
and good luck with your entry! Enjoyed the read. Please write
more of these and any others! Like wit and sense of humor!
Best wishes, Ronni

I'm so pleased you enjoyed this silly poem. It is only the second one i have ever written, not being familiar with the form.
I enjoy humour myself, and often write funny little stories that are full of witty puns.
